Mama Bear Law PLLC (the “firm”) is a Florida professional limited liability company.  The Firm provides high-quality legal services in New York, Florida, and Minnesota (at least one Firm partner is licensed to practice law in each of these states) and intends to offer such services nationwide soon.  When it is not possible for the Firm to help directly, we connect clients and prospective clients with well-qualified lawyers. 

 

Given the modern work-from-home and work-while-traveling lifestyle of many lawyers, the firm uses "virtual offices" to receive mail and deliveries.  This ensures that attorneys and staff receive mail quickly, allowing the firm to provide optimal service to clients and prompt attention to all callers.

The firm maintains a physical office address in New York, which serves as the firm’s principal New York office.  The firm’s New York lawyer(s) transact business from time to time throughout the year at the office, which is located inside an apartment owned by one of the firm’s partners.  The office allows the firm’s non-resident New York lawyer(s) to satisfy Judiciary Law § 470.  The office is located at:
